Soft dough cheese made from pasteurised whole milk, with a creamy consistency and sweet taste. Excellent for use in typical local dishes, such as pizzoccheri and sciatt, due to its creaminess. Delicate as cheese at the end of a meal.a sua cremosità. Delicato come formaggio da fine pasto.
