PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Soft cheese with a characteristic square shape, made from pasteurised skimmed milk. It can be tasted after only a few days (4/5) with its characteristic pale yellow crust in salads or simply seasoned with olive oil and pepper. Once mature, it has a firmer texture, while remaining fairly soft and creamy. It has a thick white/grey crust, which tends to darken with time.
