PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

A typical Valtellina cheese obtained by processing pasteurised milk from farms in the valley of Livigno, located more than 1,800 metres above sea level. This cheese is particularly pleasing to the palate thanks to its unmistakable aromatic notes: soft and elastic dough, slightly buttery taste, and colour ranging from white to pale yellow depending on the production season. Excellent for cooking, pleasant and enjoyably tasty at the end of a meal.
