Although it is a dairy product, ricotta cannot be defined as cheese but is classified simply as a dairy product: the prerogative of our ricotta is its naturalness in the complete absence of preservatives. The softness and delicacy, sweet taste, and white colour make it a versatile product suitable for making up a complete menu, from appetisers to desserts. It can be found in 300 g packs.
