PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Soft cheese, with a characteristic square shape. It has a relatively long ageing process that gives it a savoury flavour when more mature. It has a thick white/grey crust that tends to darken with time. If kept in a cellar in special conditions and left to age, Extra cheese will become very tasty and it could be called Extra Reserve.

Colour: clear pale yellow, depending on ageing
