Soft cheese obtained by processing pasteurised whole milk from farms in the valley of Livigno, located more than 1,800 metres above sea level. This cheese is particularly pleasing to the palate thanks to its soft and elastic dough and decidedly sweet taste. Excellent to end a meal, and recommended as a main dish in a quick, light diet.
